Here's another batch of my sea urchins painted on birch wood. I painted this series to be more vibrant in color the the last. I still can't decide which one I'm allowing myself to keep and which ones will be at the Art Walk on sunday. I also promise to list some of the originals in my shop next week.
Tomorrow is my big "finishing up all the details" kind of day. Then I'll be packing up the car and hope everything fits. If your in my neck of the woods, please stop by and have a cup of coffee (iced for sure) with me. Until then, have a great weekend. Karin

ReplyDeleteI like the vibrancy of these ones, and I especially like the wood patterns coming through in the orange one. It reminds me of the lines in the sand near the water's edge, or the ripples themselves.
I hope you have a great day on Sunday ~ enjoy that iced coffee! It's cooler where I am today, but apparently summer is back on track tomorrow so I'll get to enjoy one too. This morning though, it's a steaming cuppa looking out at clear skies and dew on the grass.
