We were able to finished the elephant mural tonight in class. I think it turned out pretty great. Carol and Francesca did a fabulous job on their elephants and Carol plans on hanging it in her coffee shop for the month of July.
The rest of this evening was spent working on my red succulent painting and finishing one of my girl paintings. I don't have a name for her yet, but I love how she turned out. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. Karin
This is great! Loving the yellow/cream highlights in the tusks. Do you plan the girl paintings before touching paint to canvas, or do you sort of follow your instincts as you go (or both?). Just curious :) Looking forward to the photos.
